Have you ever wondered who you really are?…
Are you the body you see in the mirror every time you look at it? … Of course not!
Your body is constantly changing, it is completely different now compared to a decade ago.
Our cells are constantly replaced by new ones and according to experts, every seven years, we get a completely new body as our cells change.
A lot of people have the feeling that they’re not their bodies, in a sense that if someone dies, the person has departed somewhere, but the body remains.
So, what was left? … Logically speaking, the body is still there, but this is just a shell or a vessel to transport a soul through life.
So then, are you your mind?
Is it possible to observe your mind …. using your mind?
Likewise, can you even pinpoint what you’re thinking right now?
Perhaps, you are reading this article, but thinking of something else!
Does this happen on a constant basis?
If you can observe your mind, is it possible that you’re also not your mind?
In fact, your mind is constantly changing, how can you be something as fleeting as the mind?
Have you ever reached the point that you tried controlling your mind?
If not, give it a try … For five minutes, try to concentrate on something.
For instance, visualize about a yellow triangle.
Do you think you can do it?
Have you noticed that while thinking of that, you’re also thinking of something else aside from that yellow triangle? … like how hard it is to focus on a yellow triangle!
Which only implies that you can’t control the mind, it is simply a “machine”, running off programming … or in other words beliefs.
Don’t Be Lazy:
The Law of Attraction gives a person a reflection of the beliefs running in your mind, both consciously and subconsciously.
Wherein, whatever you focus on most, usually finds a way of showing up … more often than not, when you least expect it.
Thus, if you really want something, and you believe that you need it more than anything else in the world, does it mean it will turn up almost instantly?
The answer is no.
You need to start taking action towards that which you desire.
This means in the physical world, and subconsciously.
You need to be actively removing your limiting beliefs, and then taking inspired action towards your goals.
You will find that this happens very easily when you allow it.
Too many people expect things to be an easy ride, and to not have to do anything towards their desires.
For example if you want to manifest better health … you are going to have to get off the couch and exercise.
Actually the universe will provide you with the opportunities to remove your limiting beliefs about diet and exercise, and then will encourage you to get out there and exercise!
Don’t Stop Being Happy:
No need to sulk over something you weren’t able to get.
Instead, try to enjoy the moment and be happy with what you have.
This isn’t complicated at all … all you have to do is be thankful for everything you have in life.
Otherwise you will send out a negative vibration to the universe. This will then be attracted back to you in your reality, which will then cause your mind to form more negative beliefs.
What Do You Actually Want?
When it comes to the Law of Attraction, it’s important to know what you exactly want to manifest in your life.
For this, you have to set goals.
This should give you the willpower you need in order to avoid those conflicting intentions in life.
You then need to commit to these goals.
The universe will need to see a commitment from you in order for some momentum to gather, and for you to start seeing some reflections of your desires in your reality.
This may be you starting to work on all the limiting beliefs you have about your desire. Once some of these beliefs have been removed, the motivation to act will arise.
This will snowball until your desire has manifested.
Don’t Forget to Act!
Lastly, you have to act in order to reach your desires … I know this has been mentioned above, but I can’t stress how important this is!
You can’t just imagine your desires … you have to take action towards them!
Also, you will start to see reflections of your desires coming back to you in your reality.
Often people will see these, get a burst of positive feelings, and then forget to continue taking action.
Don’t fall into that trap … take action, and start living your life as the person it is that you want to become!
You can’t expect the best if you’re not willing to take the first step to making your desires happen!
