We all know if we want to manifest our desires, then we need to be putting out a positive vibration to the universe.
In fact, it’s as simple as not engaging in our negative thought patterns …. allowing them fully in our being and letting them dissolve. At the same time, we need to put energy into our positive thought patterns and desires.
But a lot of our thought patterns are subconscious, and we need to allow the universe time to bring these negative thought patterns to our attention, so we can be aware of them, allow them and be done with them.
So to get an idea of where you’re at in your mind, how positive are you?
How much of a positive vibration are you putting out to the universe?
Well, we have a little positivity test for you, that may highlight some thought patterns and dominant vibrations for you.
I want you to answer each question with a points system, between 1 and 5.
1 = Never
2 = Rarely
3 = Sometimes
4 = Usually
5 = Always

When you think of the future, do you believe that you will be better off than right now? D. Do you notice the beauty in small insignificant moments? E. Do you accept constructive criticism of yourself or your actions, instead of taking things personally? F. Do you praise your friends and family? G. Do you believe that you are happy from day to day? H. Can you laugh at your faults and mistakes? I. In your mind, do you believe that your mental state has a positive impact on your health? J. Are you comfortable when you're alone? K. Do you tend to think of your past successes more than your failures? L. How often do you think of the world and humanity in a positive light?
Add up all your points to find your total score.
So here is what your score is indicating:
Above 55: You are a very positive person, with a powerful mind.
Between 50-55: You’re also a positive person with a generally happy mind.
Between: 45-50: You can consider yourself a positive thinker, but can be swayed by negativity.
Between 40-45: You’re equally balanced between positive and negative thinking.
Below 40: You’re negatively focused, and tend to have a very pessimistic view on life. You need to start dissolving the negative patterns in your mind.
This is by no means scientific!
It is a test purely designed to bring some awareness and insight into your subconscious mind.
You could easily create a test like this on your own … all it does is help you understand what type of thought patterns influence you.
